DO YOU OFFER PARTIAL PLANNING?

As professionals we want to give our clients the absolute best planning and wedding day experience possible! There is a minimum amount of services we can offer and still be confident that we can do our best work and deliver the experience our clients deserve. We do offer wedding management (sometimes referred to as day-of coordination), but we don't offer any packages that would, for example, partially handle all of your vendors or planning (in the same way that someone wouldn't hire a contractor to build their house on top of a foundation they laid). In our experience, unfortunately, partial planning can lead to a lot of things falling through the cracks.

That may make us sound like control freaks, but it's our job to plan, design, and coordinate a darn near perfect event! Trust us, you want someone like that in control of the most important day of your life that you are spending a lot of money on. We love getting to help our couples from beginning to end! Trust is very important to us, and our clients trust us to help them see the big picture before making any decisions so we can give them the wedding of their dreams!

MY VENUE SAYS THEY PROVIDE A COORDINATOR- DO I STILL NEED A WEDDING PLANNER?

As full service planners, we LOVE when venues have a specific site-rep (coordinator) for our clients. It's someone we know we can go to if we have a question about the venue. However, most of the time, these coordinators are there the day of to ensure that the venue is being taken care of. However, they aren't going to your floral appointment with you or sending you design inspiration photos to help you decide what linens to choose. Unfortunately, we get a lot of brides who hire us last minute in a panic because what they thought they were getting, isn't what they got. It's important to clarify with your venue the scope of work this coordinator will provide. Click here to learn more about venue coordinators versus independent wedding planners.

DO YOU NEGOTIATE WITH OTHER VENDORS ON OUR BEHALF?

As planners and designers, it is our job to appropriately match our clients up with vendors based on their budget (and location, date, and style of course), not to negotiate a vendor's price down to meet their budget. Everyone we work with works very hard for their clients because they genuinely love what they do! We wouldn't want to insult anyone by asking them to charge less than they are worth.
